Refund Policy

QB Accounting Services LTD believes in transparency and clarity in all service engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.


Eligibility for Refund

A refund request is eligible only when both of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is raised within 72 hours of service completion

  • A Satisfaction Confirmation email has been sent by the customer on the service completion date

If either condition is not met, the refund request will not be considered.


Refund Amount

  • Eligible refund requests will receive a 50% refund of the total service amount paid

  • The remaining amount is retained for time, resources, and service execution already completed


Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • No Satisfaction Confirmation email is received from the customer

  • The refund request is submitted after 72 hours from service completion

  • The service has been completed and confirmed by the customer

  • Requests related to scope changes, third-party issues, or factors outside the defined service scope


Service Completion Confirmation

  • Services are considered completed once the customer provides confirmation via email

  • Completion confirmation signifies acceptance of service delivery

  • Post-confirmation refund requests will be reviewed strictly as per this policy


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the customer must follow this process:

  1. Submit a refund request via email

  2. Include service details and the Satisfaction Confirmation reference

  3. The request will be reviewed internally for eligibility

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days


Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway procedures


Important Notes

  • QB Accounting Services LTD provides services as independent professional engagements

  • Refunds are not applicable for partially delivered or fully completed services outside the defined refund conditions

  • This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and service integrity
